Nicola (“Nikki”) Billson serves as our Registered Manager and Nominated Individual at Unicorn Healthcare Services, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the care sector and an unwavering passion for supporting others. Nikki began her career in 1986 as a night support worker in a nursing facility, later gaining extensive experience supporting children with learning difficulties. She went on to dedicate two decades to residential care, thriving in roles such as senior carer, team leader, and head of housekeeping. Her deep understanding of frontline care gives her the insight to lead with compassion and integrity. Now at the helm of Unicorn Healthcare Services, Nikki is spearheading a renewed commitment to quality and trust. She oversees the recruitment, training, and professional development of our care team, ensuring every staff member delivers exceptional and personalised service to those we support. Under Nicola’s leadership, we are confidently moving forward with transparency, accountability and a heartfelt dedication to the wellbeing of our clients.
