If you need help to remain at home you may be entitled to financial support either from the local council or the benefits agency who will be able to assist with payment.

✓Contact your care coordinator to arrange a financial assessment.
✓If you are eligible then you will receive a personal budget which could be administered in the form of a Direct Payment.
✓A care broker will then be arranged for you to help source the best possible care package.
Needs Assessment & Next Steps
We will arrange for a manager to visit you with your family member or your care coordinator to complete an initial assessment.
Once completed you will be provided with our Service User Guide Handbook which details how your support will be delivered and information about how we monitor the quality of our services.
