She has previously served as a Team Leader and Senior Care Assistant and has worked in various multi-disciplinary roles.

Gemma's qualifications are impressive. She holds a Diploma in Health and Social Care, a City & Guilds Level 5 RQF (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, a Diploma of Higher Education in End-of-Life Care, a Diploma of Higher Education in Research Methodology in Nursing and Healthcare, and an NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.

With Gemma at the helm, we are confident that our clients will receive the highest level of care possible. She will oversee the implementation of our policies and procedures and lead our team to provide exceptional and compassionate care

Meet Nikki, the Nominated Person and Operations Manager for Unicorn Healthcare Services. With over 30 years of experience in the care industry, she has a diverse and extensive background that began in 1986 as a night support worker for a nursing care facility. Nicola then spent several years working with children with learning difficulties before moving on to become a team leader, senior carer, and head of housekeeping in a residential care home for over two decades.

Her vast experience in care has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise needed to lead and manage Unicorn Healthcare Services effectively. Nicola is responsible for recruiting and training the staff to provide the best possible care to the clients. With Nicola at this position, you can trust that Unicorn Healthcare Services is in good hands.

Liam is the dynamic Duty Manager for Lincolnshire, North and North East Lincolnshire. He diligently oversees multiple operational areas in the county on a daily basis. As a confident leader, Liam takes full responsibility for setting ambitious care delivery targets, recruiting top-notch staff, and providing unwavering guidance to our healthcare assistants. He works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that our services are executed with exceptional precision and excellence.

Abi is a highly skilled Area Manager who leads multiple operational areas in the East Riding of Yorkshire Localities. His expertise in overseeing day-to-day operations, setting ambitious care delivery targets, and hiring and inspiring top healthcare assistants has been instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of service for our patients. Abiodun's leadership has consistently exceeded expectations and his commitment to excellence is evident in all aspects of his work.
